Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 14th, 1970) is a famous American writer and actor. She has been a twice Golden Globe Award recipient. The roles she played in CBS"One Day at a Time's Barbara as well as Hot in Cleveland's Melanie Moretti made her a popular household name. In her teens, she began acting and has grown into a professional character actor. She developed a passion for show business through her relationship with the daughter of a television producer when she was a little girl. Bertinelli entered the television industry when she was a teenager, after having graduated from Tami Lynn School of Artists. Due to her impressive acting skills and self-confidence, she quickly established herself in the television business.
